How do I get started? All you need to do is create your profile and enter any homes that you own. That way when someone admires your home, you will notified via email. Also, as you see a home that you might be interested in, log that interest so that owner is aware that you would be interested if they ever consider selling.

How much does it cost? Everything on HomeAdmirer is free.

Do I need to enter my name anywhere? No! HomeAdmirer is 100% anonymous and you decide if you want to respond to the other HomeAdmirer member.

What do I after someone is interested in my home? HomeAdmirer suggests you and the other party go through the transaction as a "For Sale by Owner". You can also contact your local Title Insurance Company or a Real Estate Attorney.

Who does the negotiation? All negotiations are handled between you and the other member. HomeAdmirer is here to match you up and show you that a Real Estate agent is not needed.

How does HomeAdmirer differ from other sites on the internet? HomeAdmirer is a completely free service that depends upon word of mouth to bring members to our community. We do not accept money from realtors or even involve them with our site. We are dedicated to the end-user buying (or selling) without having to use a realtor.

Why did you create HomeAdmirer? HomeAdmirer was created in the spirit of matching a potential buyer and seller together without having to pay any fees. Our goal is to help people find their dream house and purchase it at a respectable price.

What happens if a house I search for isn't on the site currently? The database is set up to store your interest so when the owner creates their profile, they will know of your interest. So don't be shy, admire as many homes as you like and dont forget to tell your friends about our site.

How am I notified of a match? You will be sent an email notifying you have that a private message is waiting for you from another HomeAdmirer user. At that point, you decide if you want to contact the other party.

If I am not thinking about selling my house, why should I put it on HomeAdmirer? Most home owners would sell their house for the right price, so if you list it on our site and your secret admirer finds you, you might get that price.

What do I have to lose? Absolutely nothing because everything is anonymous and it is all FREE!

Will you sell my information to a real estate agent or any other third-party? Absolutely NOT. This site was created as a way to save real estate agent fees. All of your information is confidential!
